Cancellation
To cancel or change your date, reply to your confirmation email. Refunds depend on when we receive your message:
| Up to 48 hours before the lesson | Full refund |

| 48 to 24 hours before | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before, or no-show | No refund |
| Cancelled by the teacher (illness etc.) | Full refund, or move to another date |
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and may take a few days to a few weeks to appear.
